This is a great “Go-To” sauce to have in your repertoire. Its perfect for drizzling over grilled chicken, tofu, or even just sauteed veggies. However, its outstanding with “Talia’s Bad A** Banh Mi.”
Ingredients:2 tbsp low fat creamy peanut butter 2 tsp Veg oil 1 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tsp Low sodium soy sauce 1/8 tsp, crushed garlic (paste) 1/4 tsp ginger juice 1 tsp sriracha 1/8 tsp honey 2 tsp fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients, and whisk to combine. If covered and placed in the refrigerator this sauce is great for about 3 days. You can make it ahead, or use leftovers later.
